Our new educational project: "Hitchhiking Guide to Judaism".

We are happy to announce that we are launching another new educational project this year: ‘Hitchhiking Guide to Judaism’. Its aim is to introduce audiences to the world of Jewish religion and culture.

During its implementation, we will present the material and spiritual elements of Judaism.

The idea behind the message is that we are usually afraid of what is unknown. Hence the hurtful stereotypes, the misunderstanding of the meaning of objects, customs and behaviour. The project's meetings are intended to help understand these aspects of Judaism that are not always known, to change attitudes from one of defence, distrust or even hostility to one of curiosity, readiness to learn and dialogue.

The inaugural meeting “A like alef-bet, Hebrew Alphabet” will take place on 28.04.2025 at 5 p.m. in the Municipal Library in Mszana Dolna. It will be combined with the opening of the exhibition "Tohu Vavohu" by Agnieszka Cahn

Projet has received the Honorary Patronage of the Town Mayor, Agnieszka Orzeł

The project has received funding from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage in the Folk and Traditional Culture programme.
